The specialist palliative care services provided by Hospice Southland are partially government funded and available to patients and their family, free of charge 24/7, 365 days of the year.

That’s why we rely on our community’s generosity to continue providing this care.

There are several ways you can support Hospice Southland:

Your donation helps Hospice Southland provide compassionate, specialist palliative care to people across our community.Every dollar supports patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes, while ensuring families are never alone during some of life’s most difficult moments.It’s the generosity of people like you that makes this care possible.
What your support can do
  • $25 helps keep a hospice phone connected for a month
  • $34 helps provide essential medications for one patient
  • $85 helps cover a month of fuel for a nurse travelling to visit patients
  • $107 helps provide the nursing supplies needed to care for one patient

You can donate by internet banking to Hospice Southland Charitable Trust

Please put ‘donation’ as the reference. If you require a tax receipt, email office@hospicesouthland.org.nz with your details. Our Charities Commission number is CC22695.

You may also donate by eft-pos card (direct debit) or cash at our office reception in Kew Rd, Invercargill or at any of our seven hospice shops.
